Claudine Barretto’s camp says they’re ready to face the charges that Charisse Bocboc, NAIA’s ground stewardess, may file against the actress before the Commission on Human Rights.

how could people say na dinuro duro talaga ni claudine ang stewardess ?just like what people said there was no video or proof na talagang ginawa nya yun just like there was no video when the old man black belter pushed her or kicked her.di ba nga sabi dito na may video kasi so my proof how the couple beaten up mon tulfo?so bakit maniniwala na ganun talaga ang ginawa ni claudine..nevertheless kung my video man si mang tulfo na ganun im sure ipapalabas nya yun to destroy the couples reputation bec he has a proof pero san ba yung sinasabi nyang video kuno para marinig natin ano talaga pinagtatalak ni claudine and how the lady responded to it since some narrow minded people here just base on a one minute vidoe kasi nga daw thats enough proof.wala akong kinakampihan but reading comments sa ibang tao dito kino condemn na nila agad itong mag asawa na ito eh they werent even there of the said incidents.

    1. Ms. Bocboc's intent to file a complaint to the HRC is RIDICULOUS. 2. Barretto/ Santiago Child Abuse claims against Mon Tulfo is RIDICULOUS. What else would the involved legal teams think of next? Oh here's an idea - HRC complaint from Claudine against Ms. Bocboc for BEING TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE SHE IS A CELEBRITY, eg. EMPLOYMENT STATUS PROFILING ala "racial profiling". xoxo

cont. for STARQUEEN, To compare your missing luggage experience to that of Claudine’s and how you handled your MISHAPS is somewhat heedless. Do you even know what was said to Claudine and how Ms. Bocboc delivered them? Did she show competence, empathy, respect etc.? Did she show the same level of professionalism -judging from your posts you were satisfied with their services- as the airport staff you had encountered in your trips? As I've said before, there are many factors to consider. refer to my post 304 My stance is CLAUDINE IS WRONG FOR THE VERBAL ABUSE, BUT FOR MS. BOCBOC TO COMPLAIN TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION IS PREPOSTEROUS. xoxo

Claudine was expecting better customer service because she's famous, and the employee was expecting better attitude from claudine because claudine is famous. i guess they were both disappointed each other. having been work for an airline so may years, claudine's behavior is not anything unusual. When customer is behaving that way you just let them vent, after venting for so many minutes, they will eventually calm down, you just have to stay professional and composed. airline employees get blame for everything, like the weather, mechanicals, overbooking, missed flights, lost baggage especially. at the end of the day, YOU JUST CAN'T TAKE THINGS PERSONALLY, THE CUSTOMER is NOT MAD at YOU, THEY ARE MAD AT THE SITUATION.

These two are busted. They have no right in any corner of this world to humiliate anybody and worst is create a brawl. Funny to think they are suing Tulfo for child abuse hahaha.Hindi nila muna inisip if ano yung affect sa anak nila when they were screaming to the CebPac Personnel. Tsk tsk, our sympathy goes to those yung na agrabyado and not to those of because we are rich and celebs we need to be treated diffrently. Pweh.

cont - they were offering her refunds for everything that concerned her baggage. She refused this and decided that causing a scene would be a better option. The option she took has now caused her prior actions of the same nature to be magnified and her mental state ridiculed. I wonder if at the end of this humiliating experience for her and her lame husband did they accept the refunds after all. I think they should - marami silang babayaran. And ang lahat ng ito is all because they think they can behave the way they want to do so and get away with it. Randy and Rowell - both were schooled in La Salle Greenhills. I wonder if Raymart followed the same route. Baka hindi - kaya ganito ang inabot.

when we experience bad customer service we have a right to complaint, we have a right to be angry... but none of us have a right to be cruel. yung panduduro sa tao at pag mumura at pananakot sa tao na tatanggalan mo sya ng trabaho ay hindi tama... ang kapal lang ng mukha ni klaw klaw na tawaging istoopida yung babae eh malamang yung empleyado na yun ay may natapos at degree holder, at itong si klaw klaw eh hindi naman ata tumuntong ng college. masakit taklaga sa mga magulang na malaman na ginanon ang anak mo... kaya kung ako sa kanila.. ilapit na nila yan sa CHR...

iwwang2 on 315 -Years ago-I also paid for the excess baggage incurred during a short flight from, modesty aside, London to Paris. When we landed in Paris - one of our suitcases was also nowhere to be found. These things happen all the time and this was not the first for me too. Paying for the excess baggage does not guarantee you that your bags will be with you when you land. In this case, they explained to me that I will be getting our missing bag within the next 4 to 6 hours and that I have to make sure one of us will be at the hotel to accept it. This was a hassle of course because that meant that we basically have to be at the hotel waiting instead of being able to do what we wanted. It would have been a different story if our ticket then was business or first class as for sure our suitcase would have been marked as PRIORITY -meaning it cannot be bumped off as the ticket price paid ensures that. They did not refund any of the money that we paid for the excess weight, etc. In Claudine's case they were o

In my opinion Claudine should apologize to Charisse and family instead of saying I will face any charges. It is really showing ur true colors. Ur also a mother you should know how it feels wen other people steps on the dignity n integrity of ur daughter.

starqueen, when pax pays extras for baggage/s, he/she expects that the baggage/s will be arriving with him/her. as written earlier, the ground crew has all the information regarding left baggages, why do they have to let the pax wait at the baggage area to only find their baggages were not loaded with the flight. they should immediately inform the pax that the baggages were left and that they will be delivered to their home address.

As far as I know - there is only one fare class in Cebu Pacific. Thats how most budget carriers operate. The only upgrade they have is with the baggage. As per their website - you travel with your handcarry only or with a checked in luggage. This is the only so-called upgrade with them. For the record, Cebu Pac was offering them refunds for the baggage upgrades they paid and also for the excess baggage. She went on and on screaming at the Cebu Pac employee. It is no different with how they treated Tulfo - they kept on hitting them even when the old man was already on the floor. If you read the reactions of the majority - they have the same sentiments kung sino ang mali. I do hope they have heaps of money because this whole thing will cost them a fortune unless someone intervenes and forces this dysfunctional couple to eat humble pie.

Is this the first time that Cebu Pacific received such complain and anger from a customer??????? i doubt dahil ang dami sa twitter na galit na galit kaya sa Cebu Pac na yan...even Ruffa Guttierez is tweeting it...and Socialite people are really disgusted in their service at paulit ulit naring nakaranas ng ganito....so ihahabla nila lahat dapat ng nanigaw sa kanila.. i also am working on Customer service..and if our Customers are paying for an excellent service...they have all the right to receive such...at pag kami ang mali! we shut our mouth and apologize and do everything so that our customer will get what she paid for!!! pag hindi mo ito naiintindihan...eh wala ka dapat sa trabahong yan hija! kalokah ka!

starqueen, how could you comment on what class of service the santiago family took. are you sure they travel on economy class? paki labas nga yung boarding cards nila showing economy class. bago ka mag-comment, make sure you have the full information. isa ka sa nagpapagulo sa mundo, ang kailangan dito ay mga facts at hindi opinyon. nobody is interested in your stupid opinion. at saka kung economy class man ang service nila, sigurado ako nagbayad sila para sa excess baggage.

cont - I think this couple should try and experience losing their luggage overseas when they have a business meeting to attend to. That is why a lot of travelers often pack a business attire inside their hand carry luggage. If the meds of her child was really important than why did she not store it in her bag instead of the Iphone and ipad inside it..lol....This "has been" actress truly needs to admit that she needs professional health in dealing with her demons. This is not a one off. She has been doing it for years and has been getting away with it. Just her luck, now the whole nation knows her true self. For the life of me, I dont understand why some people think her reaction and behavior is valid and worse - why some people think the innocent messenger of Cebu Pacific in the person of Charisse should bear the brunt of her neurotic behavior. I would truly be worried about the water they are drinking in Manila if this is the case.
